My Story: I spent a total of 10 years in event and meal planning for thousands of other people’s “foodie” events in the U.S., and learned the ropes to healthy food planning, working with Mediterranean cuisines, talented chefs, and food allergy groups.

As a healthy foodie & lifestyle writer and researcher, I’ve only grown more health conscious. I believe the anti-inflammatory diet is the best sustainable longevity food plan, that’s only snowballing in public knowledge and evidence-based research towards all its health benefits. But healthy or not, none of that matters if it’s not wildly and consistently tasty on the plate.

The good news is delicious anti-inflammatory meals are a rainbow variety of healthy proteins, fats, and whole, plant-based foods. It’s hard not to love and make easy anti-inflammatory healthy food choices that are made tasty with simple added flavors and enhancements (like in a chef’s meal). And as the name implies, "anti-inflammatory" makes good healthy sense to protect against daily annoying body flare-up symptoms that can be signs that also lead to common chronic diseases. This is the secret for those in their mature Golden Years, like Blue Zone Centenarians who are the largest group of longest-living people on the planet still running with energy, sharp minds, and memories. 🧠 Let that be and inspire you!
